Dil Toh Baccha Hai Jee - Movie Review Director: Madhur Bhandarkar Music: Pritam Cast: Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Omi Vaidya, Shazahn Padamsee, Shruti Hassan, Shradha Das, Tisca Chopra The last time I had so much fun watching a movie about three guy friends was a decade ago with Dil Chahata Hai. This time it’s National Award winning director Madhur Bhandarkar’s Dil Toh Bacha Hai Jee. Well, there is nothing common between the two movies except for the fact that both the titles start with the word “Dil” and both the movies are about three male friends. Let me tell you the story very briefly. Naren (Ajay Devgn), a banker, is going through mid-life crisis in the middle of his impending divorce. Rohit Shetty is all set to make a remake of Gulzar’s original with Shahrukh Khan and Tushar Kapoor playing the inimitable twins “We’re waiting to double up with laughter. After his success with Golmaal 3, comedy-happy Rohit Shetty is set to remake among the funniest Hindi films of all times Angoor,”says a source. Rohit Shetty is now attempting to remake this film and the role that Sanjeev Kumar played in the 1982 hit, has been bagged by none other than Shahrukh Khan, who Shetty is working with for the first time. Shetty will work on the script along with his trusted scriptwriter Sajid-Farhad. The original was based on Shakespeare’s play A Comedy of Errors. Apparently, for the modern version, Shetty is likely to rope in Tusshar Kapoor for playing Deven Varma’s role. While shooting for Movie Tees Maar Khan, Bollywood Actress Katrina Kaif went from being voluptuous to size zero. Now that the movie is over and almost forgotten, the actress is piling on the pounds to maintain continuity for Yash Raj film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Kats has been asked to put on some more weight so her character in the upcoming film would look fuller. The result is visible as she doesn’t look skinny anymore. A source reveals, “To lose weight for her role in Tees Maar Khan, Kaif literally stopped eating and was on a very strict all-broccoli diet. After the film’s release, she’s slowly resuming her regular diet of carbs and proteins.” However, Katrina Kaif maintains she hasn’t had to change her eating habits. “I am not on any special diet. My weight has been the same since Tees Maar Khan.”
