Rumors had it that Aamir Khan’s much awaited film ‘Talaash’, had been delayed and was set for a next year release, reason being certain differences between the creative team. However, Aamir himself rubbished all such rumors, confirming the release date. Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan today refused to apologies to the Indian Medical Association which has accused him of defaming the medical profession through his popular TV show Satyamev Jayate and said he is ready to face any legal action threatened by it. "I am very comfortable if they (IMA) plan to take legal action if they feel that I have done something wrong. Of course, the courts are available for them. My answer is no, I will not be apologizing," Aamir told NDTV. The actor denied IMA's charge of defaming and insulting the medical profession. "I deny that I have done that. I have the highest respect and regard for the medical profession," he said. In an episode, aired on May 27, the 47-year-old actor highlighted the malpractices in the medical profession. Bollywood Mr Perfectionist Actor Aamir Khan feels he should not have taken the role of a college student in 3 Idiots. “I shouldn’t have acted in 3 Idiots as in no way do I look like an 18 year old. The only reason I did the film was because it was about education,” said Aamir, who was in the capital on Monday to launch the book ‘Colours of my Rainbow’ by Himani Verma. The book tells the story of struggles of Salma Ansari, wife of the Vice President of India Hamid Ansari, to set up schools to marginalized and underprivileged children in Aligarh. Aamir Khan said he was drawn towards the subject of education in movies after directing Taare Zameen Par. “I was drawn towards stories about education ever since Taare Zameen Par and then 3 Idiots happened. Cinema has the ability to reach out to people and more films upholding this cause should be made,” said the actor. Aamir flew down from Berlin where he is on the jury at the Berlin Film Festival.

A source told, “Aamir has shaved his head, but not completely. It’s basically a look which resembles related stories the one he had in Ghajini.”

An invite to the prime minister's private dinner for the US first couple was an honor enough, but when President Barack Obama praised his work, Aamir Khan was on cloud nine. Aamir Khan has revealed that he would like Salman Khan's latest movie Dabangg to smash his Bollywood records. The actor's movie 3 Idiots is the highest-grossing Bollywood film of all time but Aamir claimed he would like his friend's picture to earn even more. "Dabangg should make 10 times more money than 3 Idiots," Khan told Real Bollywood. "I am very happy that Salman’s Dabangg got such a big success."
