Katrina and Aamir have never shared screen space but come 2012 and chances are the two will shake a leg in an item song. Katrina and Aamir are likely to sizzle together in Aditya Chopra's Dhoom 3, reports Mumbai Mirror.

A member from the film unit revealed to the daily that the item number was not part of the original plan.
"The decision has more to do with the novelty factor. Katrina and Aamir have never worked together before. And since the opportunity has finally been presented, the filmmakers decided to make the most of it. However, Aamir, who doesn't consider himself much of a dancer, needs some time to prepare himself," the daily quotes the unit member.
