Film will be bigger than ‘Race’, says Saif Ali Khan Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was so keen to revive the "Race" magic with Abbas-Mustan that he has convinced the producers to rope them in as directors. He reveals that girlfriend Kareena Kapoor will also feature in the movie. "They understand the pulse of the plot. 'Race' was a fast-paced action-adventure caper. Not too many filmmakers in Bollywood would've done such a wonderful job of it," Saif told IANS. "Yes, Kareena will be part of 'Race 2'. We're yet to flesh out the details. On Wednesday evening, Deepika Padukone, heroine of Saif Ali Khan's home production Love Aaj Kal, made an appearance on Salman Khan's 10 Ka Dum, to promote the film. Saif Ali Khan was to join her but begged off saying he was abroad and therefore unavailable. Later that evening, it came to light that the Chote Nawab was very much in the country. In fact, he was with his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor. Bebo was in Delhi shooting for 3 Idiots. They were seen together in the evening at the five-star hotel they were staying at. The couple was in London last week for the T20 series but Bebo flew back early to report on her set. The actors kept driving for a long time as they were required to give various takes, because the scene was being shot from several angles. Bollywood movie Race was a huge success and the producers are in the process of deciding on a sequel for the film. The last film saw the execution of Akshaye Khanna and Katrina Kaif as the villains while Saif Ali Khan and Bipasha Basu run free with all the moolah. A source reports, “The directors of this film Abbas-Mastan and the lead heroes are all very eager to come out with its sequel. And if reports are right then the film will be called ‘Race 2′. The first version produced by Tips will be producing the sequel too. But it is also being reported that there will be a slight change in the choice of heroines for the film. While ‘Race’ had Katrina Kaif and Bips playing the lead ladies, only one heroine has been fixed so far for the sequel, and it will not feature both the ladies featuring in the first version. Reports suggest that Kareena will be playing Saif’s love interest in celluloid too. It has not been disclosed as to who will get to play the other lady.”

At a recent shoot for Rensil D’ Silva’s untitled flick in Delhi, Kareena Kapoor got irritated when her real life beau and co-actor Saif Ali Khan delayed the shoot by sticking inside his vanity van for a long time. Kareena Kapoor finally made her way to his van to ask him to start shooting, the crowd got too excited but Kareena Kapoor was much angry even to acknowledge them, but when Saif came out he smiled and waved at the crowd. When both of them sat in the car, Kareena Kapoor was talking to Saif with a very angry expression on her face.
