Jacqueline Fernandez and Ritesh Deshmukh revealed the first look of their film Aladin on Wednesday night at a Mumbai hotel. Jacqueline looked hot in a green shirt and a grey skirt, in what she described as her "first press conference". Ritesh also looked cute in a white tee and a jacket, oozing the Aladin boyish charm. In the comedy, four men travel to Las Vegas for a 24 hour stag party. They wake up with the worst hangover and find that the groom is missing, as they try to recall the details of the debauched night. A source said, “Firozbhai loved the script and the film and immediately got into the process of acquiring the Hindi rights of the film. In fact, he has also been casting for the film on the sly. Abhishek Bachchan will play the role played by Bradley Cooper and Paresh Rawal will step into the shoes of Zach Galifianakis. Katrina Kaif will play the role of the fiancée. Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh, who has done a bouquet of comedy films, will essay a serious role in Ram Gopal Varma's media-based film "Rann". The actor, who will share screen space with Amitabh Bachchan in the movie , will be seen in the role of a journalist. "I play the role of a guy named Purab Shastri. He is a beginner and believes in real journalism and that's the reason why he joins a news channel named India 24X7," he said. On being questioned about his decision to take up the role, Riteish quipped: "When I was doing comedy, people used to ask me why I am doing just comedies and now when I have got a chance to do something different, they are again asking me why I am doing a serious role." "The thing is that I got a chance to do such a good role and that's why when Ramu (Ram Gopal Varma) asked me, I readily agreed. However, there are some comedies to come in the future," he added.

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan ’s next film with director Ram Gopal Varma has been retitled ‘India 24x7’. The maverick filmmaker attempts to bring forth the pros and cons of media in his next film which was previously titled Rann , meaning battle. In it Mr. Bachchan plays the owner of a TV channel named India 24x7. The name has been sticking with everyone on the sets so much that ‘Rann’ has been dropped as the title and ‘India 24x7’ chosen in its place. “The title is no longer ‘Rann’, as in a battle or a war, but India 24x7,” Bachchan wrote on his blog. Big B began shooting the film on April 2 and the very first day of the shoot had the superstar delivering a long rousing speech. The monologue, written by Rohit Banwalikar, had Mr. Bachchan’s character Harshvardhan Malik making an emotional plea against communal and religious violence.
