Ek Main aur Ekk Tu - Movie Review

Movie Director:
Shakun Batra
Movie Writers:
Shakun Batra, Ayesha DeVitre
Movie Stars:
Imran Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Boman Irani

Ratings: 7.6/10

The film appears like a rom com, has the aroma of a rom com, reacts just like a rom com. Fortunately, it isn't. A sweet transitional phase film, Ek Primary Aur Ekk Tu increases above its numerologically incorrect spelling. And just how. Imran Khan is Rahul Kapoor, a wonderfully average youthful guy set to inherit his father's business. He's employed in Vegas (yes, that's strange) within an architecture firm, for experience. Kareena Kapoor is Beyonce Braganza, who's a hairstylist, and in Las vegas. Naturally, she's free spirited and that he is strait jacketed. They bond over ales and vodka shots out of the box standard with youthful individuals Bollywood films nowadays. They marry, as individuals Las vegas do. However once they awaken the following day, they're horrified. Not to mention since it is a Bollywood movie, they haven't had sex.

Very same, very same, you say? Really not. The film is one of the growing friendship between Beyonce and Rahul. She shows him to become wild, he shows her the need for friendship. It might have grown to be Anjaana Anjaani however it does not. You will find three groups of kids on the planet we're told-the wise asses, who're wise enough to guide their very own lives while pretending to become obedient children the rebels, who hate their parents and torture these to dying and also the parents' chamchas, that do because they are told. Our friend Rahul is within a league of their own-he really wants to fly but can't. His parents will also be unique. Boman Irani is his ambitious father, who'll visit nothing, not really getting married to his boy off and away to a stranger, to make sure his business. His mother, Ratna Pathak Shah, is really a glamorous and vapid socialite. They've probably the most fun within the movie, tossing dinner get-togethers, watching opera in Las vegas and carting around Lv bags.

There's lots of stereotyping obviously. Beyonce is much more laidback because she's a Christian from what seems to become Bandra. He's a wealthy Punjabi boy from Peddar Road. However their relationship evolves quite sweetly-as he realizes he's for each other, he does not sing an audio lesson but dances to 1, a la Tom Cruise in Dangerous Business, so when she would like him to cheer up, she takes him to some fun fair. Imran Khan happens to be cute, most abundant in significant eye brows in Bollywood. But here he really makes their own, given a job where he is able to underplay towards the hilt. He's the boy who had been given everything but never given an opportunity, the boy who thought about being a digital photographer (what exactly is it with Bollywood and photography-Awaken Sid and three Idiots, remember?), the boy who is built to chew his food 32 occasions, and brush his teeth three occasions each day.

She's his antithesis, doing just as she is very pleasing to-though she's a defective piece as she states, with two damaged teeth along with a steel ball in her own ankle which shattered her ballet dancer dreams. She's also older, 27 to his 25. But they're both thoughtful youthful people and it is lovely to determine their friendship growing.

Music by Amit Trivedi and lyrics through the bard from the hour, Amitabh Bhattacharyya, Ek Primary Aur Ekk Tu is really a gentle little film, where the regulation song with People in america dancing to Bollywood music in the center of Las vegas don't look so bad. Thanks, Imran, you are all developed. And thanks Kareena for enjoying Beyonce having a lightbulb within your mind. Her skin is fresh, her eyes glow, her hair tumbles, and she or he is a great shoulder for Imran to cry on.

Rani Mukherjee's sexy in her bikini

Bollywood Actress Rani Mukherjee's sexy in her bikini In Dil Bole Hadippa Believe it or not, but the whole ‘bikini top ‘n’ skimpy shorts’ avatar in short — flaunting Rani Mukerji’s hot new bod wasn’t her idea. Not even the producer or director had anything to do with it. After she realised how much she had toned up (to play a male cricketer in Dil Bole Hadippa!), Rani just happened to discuss this idea with her designer friend Manish Malhotra. And from there on it was Manish’s game plan, after all, he’s transformed many a Bollywood girl in to glam queens. He suggested that it would be a pity to waste such a well-toned body by not showing it off. That’s how the idea of a special song was born. And is she looking hot? Talk about her ‘shapely’ success, and Rani says, “Believe me, I didn’t starve at all. I love my food, especially rice and sweets. There was no way I was giving up all that. So, I just worked out harder and was occasionally allowed my ‘cheat’ meals of rice, sweets, etc. ...

Shahid Kapoor: I'm waiting for someone special

Bollywood’s man with lightening in his feet, Shahid Kapoor seems pretty chilled out and unfazed by controversies in real life. In town to shoot for an untitled film opposite Anushka Sharma, Shahid seems very comfortable in his skin. While he’s reluctant to discuss about his private life or his rumoured amours with Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan and Sania Mirza, the teen heartthrob says he’s “learnt to take all the rumours with a pinch of salt” and claims he’s just a “regular” young guy after pack-up. Excerpts from an exclusive interview: Kaminey and Dil Bole Hadippa... are set to hit the screens. Yeah. Their release dates are pretty close to each other. Kaminey will hit the screens this month, while Dil Bole Hadippa is slated for a September release. Both are very different films and I’m excited as well as a little nervous. The levels of expectations increase after your previous films have done well at the BO. Jab We Met was a turning point in my career. After Vivaah, I sat home for six ...

Aamir Khan: I love Sachin Tendulkar's intensity

What is amazing about Sachin Tendulkar is that for 20 years he has been able to maintain a level. There has been no dip in his abilities, his application or his passion for the game. I would say very few people could last this long. I've played cricket and believe me, you can't get out of bed for one week after one gruelling match. I saw him for the first time in 1988 when I was shooting at the Brabourne Stadium and he wasn't playing for the Indian team yet. The team was practising at the nets and I was chatting with Kapil Dev, Dilip Vengsarkar and a few others. At a distance I could see this kid batting. I was surprised to see that he was middling the ball; he looked so small, and so young. I was zapped. I wondered who this little boy was, who was being allowed to practise at the nets with the Indian cricket team. So I asked Kapil and Vengsarkar, “Who's he? How come I don't know?” They told me he was a new guy called Sachin Tendulkar, who was being seriously consi...
