Mallika met US President Barack Obama

Bollywood Siren Actress Mallika Sherawat was in the company of the US President Barack Obama on Thursday. Mallika Sherawat was invited for tea with Barack Obama during his campaign stop in the heart of Hollywood.

Apparently, Barack Obama has shown interest in Mallika Sherawat’s upcoming Hollywood film Love, Barack or Politics of Love in which she plays Aretha Gupta, an ardent Obama supporter.

Mallika Sherawat is learnt to have invited the American president to the premiere of Love, Barack, which is set in the days leading up to the presidential elections of 2008. Mallika is over-the-moon since the meeting, as its been a dream of hers to meet the US President since his election and her work on the new film, where she learned a lot about the man himself and US politics.

The film is about love in the time of elections and is likely to release soon.

Perhaps this is why they are so welcoming to every director who wants to make a film on their lifestyle. John Abraham’s fortcoming film Hook Ya Crook is also one of those films shot in the Chikalwadi Chawl of Mumbai. This film is directed by David Dhawan and John Abraham playes a cricketer who resides in the chawl. In a song John and Genelia D’Souza dance to a tapori-ish number with the typical tapori dance steps. The residents of the slum were delighted to see the stars around and cheered for the unit as they worked. John Abraham added to their delight by giving them autographs and taking pictures with them.
