Sonakshi Sinha at Film-fare Awards

Ever since The Block Buster Movie Dabangg happened, The Actress Sonakshi Sinha is seen flying high. The newbie gave a stellar performance at the Film-fare Awards and took home the black lady for Best Debut (Female) for her role in Dabangg.

The actress danced to the tunes of In Aankhon Ki Masti from Umrao Jaan and of course to the current favorite Munni Badnaam Hui from her movie Dabangg.

The highlight of the evening was the beautiful Madhuri Dixit unleashing her magic and spellbinding the audience as she danced with Shahrukh Khan to hits from their movies live Devdas and Dil To Pagal Hain.

It was indeed a gala night in Mumbai, as all the cine stars gather together at Yash Raj studios for the 56th Idea Film-fare awards.

Shahid Kapoor may be shoot in Pakistan

In exciting news for his Pakistani fans, Bollywood Chocolaty Actor Shahid Kapoor could be shooting in Pakistan for a Mira Nair film, Aaj TV channel reported. According to some source, noted Indian film director Mira Nair is planning to make a movie based on Pakistani writer Mohsin Hamid's second novel 'The Reluctant Fundamentalist'. The yet-to-be-named film is expected to be shot in Pakistan. But it is not yet clear whether the necessary permissions have been sought for this purpose. The interior ministry and foreign ministry on both sides of the border have to be involved if any such project has to go ahead , the TV channel said quoting unnamed sources. Shahid Kapoor, the channel reported, has not signed the contract yet but has shown interest in reading the script and is also excited about working with US-based Mira Nair, who has won critical acclaim for her off-beat films.
