Imran Khan weds Avantika Malik 8th January 2011

Bollywood sweetheart, Imran Khan got engaged to his long time sweetheart, Avantika Malik on January 11 this year. Now, the star is all set to take the wedding vows with his fiancee on January 8, 2011. The families have started sending out the invitations.

A source tells a tabloid, “Though it is exactly two months away, the preparations are in full swing. Those on the guest list were sent SMSes or told on the phone to keep themselves free on January 8 from 5 pm to 5am. The message stated that a formal invite the wedding card would follow later.”

Well, now this is gonna be a wedding from dusk to dawn. After Imran debuting with Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, he openly confessed his love for Avantika, proposing her for marriage on her birthday in July 2009.

The wedding will take place at Karjat where the Khans have a farmhouse.
