Shahid Kapoor is the most Googled among young actors

After Deepika emerged as the most searched word in the entertainment category on the Yahoo India website, beating Kareena, Katrina and Priyanka, it is now Shahid Kapur who has taken the lead among the young actors.

According to a recent survey, Shahid Kapoor is the most Googled name among the young actors, surpassing the likes of Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan.

Shahid’s character in “Jab We Met” made him an icon among the youth. And now, the actor has changed his by-next-door image for his upcoming film “Kaminey”, in which he sports long hair and a goatee.

This new look is likely to further increase his popularity, especially among his female fans.

While “Kaminey” is ready for release, Shahid is now shooting for “Haddippa” opposite Rani Mukherji and Ken Ghosh’s “Yahoo” with Genelia D’Souza.
