Wanna get Aamir Khan's 8-packs secret?

Yippee! Finally, it's a high-season for young lads to get in for shaping their body with 8-packs. Of course, who wouldn't hanker to gear up with such physiques after glimpsing on Aamir's stunning sleek looks? And now, we have our Mr. Perfectionist revealing his Good 'n' bad times while working on his body shapes. Aamir Khan who has a general physique took nearly a year to get the shape and he had to sacrifice whole lot of his favorite food stuffs.

Initially, Aamir Khan had buzzed up Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan for aiding him for this process. Well, both of them were so helpful while Saif Ali Khan jumped for a greater extent introducing Aamir to his personal trainer and dietician. His physical trainer Satyajit Chaurasia and dietician Dr. Vinod Durandhar planned up for his working schedule. Aamir had to work with the formula 'Cycle of Three Days'. Mondays, he did exercises for his chest and back while it's for arms on Tuesdays. On Wednesdays, he exercised for his shoulders and legs. Then he would keep repeating this cycle that included cardio everyday for between 30-60mins. For the abs, to work on core muscles and get six-pack, he said 1,100 crunches.

Aamir Khan felt good at sometimes while it was a contrastive scenario at other ends especially while he working on post productions for Taare Zameen Par. Getting on with balanced diet, it was one-third fat, one-third carbs, one-third protein. But normal food, rotis, rice, sabzis, chicken, 16 egg whites, fruit, and four litres of water — all cooked in three teaspoons of oil. No, not olive oil. There was no sugar, no potatoes, no bananas, no red meat, no egg yolks and no fried stuff. The diet changed every month. In the last week and before as he went on the sets of Ghajini, he cut down on salt. And the last three days, he took to the brink of dehydration by having just one glass of water a day and this was to cut remaining fats in his body.

Rani Mukherjee's sexy in her bikini

Bollywood Actress Rani Mukherjee's sexy in her bikini In Dil Bole Hadippa Believe it or not, but the whole ‘bikini top ‘n’ skimpy shorts’ avatar in short — flaunting Rani Mukerji’s hot new bod wasn’t her idea. Not even the producer or director had anything to do with it. After she realised how much she had toned up (to play a male cricketer in Dil Bole Hadippa!), Rani just happened to discuss this idea with her designer friend Manish Malhotra. And from there on it was Manish’s game plan, after all, he’s transformed many a Bollywood girl in to glam queens. He suggested that it would be a pity to waste such a well-toned body by not showing it off. That’s how the idea of a special song was born. And is she looking hot? Talk about her ‘shapely’ success, and Rani says, “Believe me, I didn’t starve at all. I love my food, especially rice and sweets. There was no way I was giving up all that. So, I just worked out harder and was occasionally allowed my ‘cheat’ meals of rice, sweets, etc.

Bollywood New Movie Slumdog Millionaire has definitely made the slums of Mumbai a little popular. Perhaps this is why they are so welcoming to every director who wants to make a film on their lifestyle. John Abraham’s fortcoming film Hook Ya Crook is also one of those films shot in the Chikalwadi Chawl of Mumbai. This film is directed by David Dhawan and John Abraham playes a cricketer who resides in the chawl. In a song John and Genelia D’Souza dance to a tapori-ish number with the typical tapori dance steps. The residents of the slum were delighted to see the stars around and cheered for the unit as they worked. John Abraham added to their delight by giving them autographs and taking pictures with them.
