Preity Zinta celebrates the victory of Punjab XI with Yuvraj Singh Men, Sport and Victory! Henry Tham rolls out the red carpet for Cornerstone to celebrate the pumping testosterone! Ltd. hosted a private screening of the European Championship League at Henry Tham on Wednesday night for Yuvraj Singh with the Mohali team and the Mumbai Indians team from the IPL. Ltd.), team owners Ness Wadia and Preity Zinta, coach Tom Moody, team members like Shaun Marsh, Luke Pomersbach, Kumar Sangakara, Piyush Chawla, Sreesanth, Mahela Jayawardene, Karan Goel, fellow cricketers from the Mumbai Indians team such as D Smith, Ashish Mehra, Andre Nel, etc. Adding the glamor quotient and the buzz of the city were restaurateurs Henry Tham (owner of the eponymous restaurant) with sons Ryan and Keenan Tham, model/VJ/wine consultant Shamita Singha, models Tina T and Candice Pinto, fabulous designer Rocky S, sport favorite Ravi Krishnan, Surily Goel, Nishant Joshi (CMD Mod'Art International), etc. Serving the perfect concoctions behind the Henry Tham bar to keep the pulse of the game alive was star bartender Ankit Negandhi, Indian representative of the Bacardi Martini Grand Prix to be held in Italy. Sporting Man U jerseys and Chelsea merchandize the crowd sure knew whose side they were rooting for and had no trouble making it Loud and Clear!!!

Perhaps this is why they are so welcoming to every director who wants to make a film on their lifestyle. John Abraham’s fortcoming film Hook Ya Crook is also one of those films shot in the Chikalwadi Chawl of Mumbai. This film is directed by David Dhawan and John Abraham playes a cricketer who resides in the chawl. In a song John and Genelia D’Souza dance to a tapori-ish number with the typical tapori dance steps. The residents of the slum were delighted to see the stars around and cheered for the unit as they worked. John Abraham added to their delight by giving them autographs and taking pictures with them.
