Mumbai : Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is the "goodwill ambassador" for NDTV Imagine's new musical show `Junoon-Kuchh Kar Dikhanaane Ka' which will aired from June six, the same day when actor Salman Khan makes his debut on small screen as the host of `Dus Ka dum' on Sony TV.

`Junoon' will be telecast every Friday and Saturday at 2030 hours while `Dus Ka Dum' will be aired on same days at 2100 hours from June six.

Hrithik will lend its support to the show celebrating its cultural and artistic diversity and will also perform with the participants on the first episode. However, he will appear on the show during important occasions and not every week.

Announcing Hrithik's association with the show, Shailja Kejriwal, Executive Vice-President (Content) NDTV Imagine said in a statement that Hrithik's role is very unique--he is not a host, judge or a performer. He is here to lend support to the participants.

"What makes this association special is that we truely believe that he embodies the spirit of `Junoon' and epitomises the passion which is present in all the talented artistes that are part of the show. He symbolises the personality of the show brilliantly," she added.

Hrithik said he can identify with the participants and their desire to achieve success with their god given talent. "I relate to their positive and exuberant spirit because I believe that I have a similar junoon -be it my work or personal life," he said.

Gajendra Singh, producer of the show said Hrithik's passion, talent, spirit and commitment are great motivators.

Kejriwal said `Junoon' will have three teams and each will have six contestants and will be mentored by an eminent personality from the music industry-- Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for Sufiteam, Ila Arun for folk team and Anand Raj Anand for filmy team.

Talk about her ‘shapely’ success, and Rani says, “Believe me, I didn’t starve at all. I love my food, especially rice and sweets. There was no way I was giving up all that. So, I just worked out harder and was occasionally allowed my ‘cheat’ meals of rice, sweets, etc. ...
