Asha Bhosle not ready to forgive Himmesh

Himmesh Reshammaiya must have made the biggest mistake of his life when he compared himself to R.D Burman ‘coz Asha Tai is in no mood to forgive him .

Recentley when Asha Bhosle was asked to give her take on reality shows she said, “I never watch any reality shows because I don’t have time and nor am I interested in watching a fake drama! The contestants act and dance more than displaying their singing talent! I don’t like all that. During our days, singers like me, Lata, Rafi, Kishore Kumar actually took efforts to learn Urdu just so that we can get our pronunciations right! Besides even established singers today don’t take any pains to actually understand the lyrics, language … anything! Just wearing a cap and singing is not singing!”

When quizzed if she was referring to Himmesh, the veteran singer said, “I don’t want to talk about this issue again. I guess I have already made my point.”

Himmesh had apologized to Asha Bhosle last year on the sets Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, where both Himmesh and Asha Bhossle were present as judges.

Bollywood’s next big jodi – Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone!

Bollywood’s most gorgeous debutante of 2007 will be seen pairing with Akshay Kumar in 2008. With her first film – Om Shanti Om – Deepika Padukone has stepped into the big league in tinsel town. 'I have no heartfelt desire to work with SRK’: Ranbir Kapoor

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor maintains he never said he was desperate to share screen space with Shah Rukh Khan, but admitted he would love to work with the superstar if a good project came his way. “I had no such dil ki tamanna (heartfelt desire) to work with Shah Rukh sir. But I respect him a lot. I am a big fan of him,” Ranbir told reporters on the margins of the HT Leadership Summit here Friday. The 28-year-old, who was here with his father, evergreen star Rishi Kapoor, says a superstar’s presence in a project isn’t reason enough for him to accept it. “It’s not that if a superstar will be there in a film, I’ll agree to do it. But if I like a film, I like its script, I would be more than glad to do it,” he added. Nevertheless, Ranbir enjoys the attention he gets from the youth.
