Bollywood Hunk Hrithik Roshan has worked very hard to get in shape for his forthcoming Movie Krrish 2, where he is a superhero. In a very short span of time, around 10 weeks, Hrithik reduced from 36Kgs to 28 Kgs. During the workout sessions, Hrithik Roshan suffered a slip-disc and was advised complete bed rest. He is on a strict diet plan with workouts to remain fit.
