Deepika reveals her bond with Akshay

Deepika Padukone is mighty happy about being an action star in her forthcoming film with Kinng Kumar in Chandni Chowk To China.

She's done so many stunts in the film that she's calling herself the female Akshay Kumar. She can't stop talking about them. "I'm sure I have gone through a lot of death defying action in the film. But I was prepared for it when I signed the film," she said.

Deepika sports a very interesting look in the film. She's pleased that she has learnt some interesting tricks from him as well. She added, "Akshay taught me lots of action. He said that action is like dancing so you have to be very graceful while doing it. I like to believe that main next female Akshay Kumkar hoon (I'm the next female Akshay Kumar)."

MTV Roadies is back with a more adventurous journey in its sixth season, Roadies - Hell Down with a prize money of Rs.10,00,000. The show has tied up with Rohan Sippy's Chandni Chowk To China, which would also be Deepika's first film with Akshay Kumar.

Shahid Kapoor may be shoot in Pakistan

In exciting news for his Pakistani fans, Bollywood Chocolaty Actor Shahid Kapoor could be shooting in Pakistan for a Mira Nair film, Aaj TV channel reported. According to some source, noted Indian film director Mira Nair is planning to make a movie based on Pakistani writer Mohsin Hamid's second novel 'The Reluctant Fundamentalist'. The yet-to-be-named film is expected to be shot in Pakistan. But it is not yet clear whether the necessary permissions have been sought for this purpose. The interior ministry and foreign ministry on both sides of the border have to be involved if any such project has to go ahead , the TV channel said quoting unnamed sources. Shahid Kapoor, the channel reported, has not signed the contract yet but has shown interest in reading the script and is also excited about working with US-based Mira Nair, who has won critical acclaim for her off-beat films.
