Shakira comes to in Bollywood industry

The barriers that separated India from the international stars in the entertainment industry are fast coming down!

We have got Bollywooders doing cameos in Hollywood, and Hollywooders boogeying in Indian flicks. The most recent import is Colombian siren Shakira! If rumours are to be believed, this bedazzling hip-shaker will sing and appear in a video of Bollywood super star Sanjay Dutt’s next movie, The Final Call. Shakira will reportedly be doing a duet with India’s favourite Punjabi singer, Daler Mehndi, to the tunes of none other than Oscar nominee A.R. Rahman!

Says Surya Pratap, the movies producer, “ Shakira and Daler Mehndi have given their confirmation. They will sing a groovy, English-Punjabi track and also feature in a special music video. The video will also have the protagonist and if Sanjay Dutt gives us the nod; it will be a lovely combination seeing all three of them in the video."
